PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

It is cement based, high nanotechnological performance adhesive for tiles and decorative stones, which increases application capacities of product, it is enriched with admixtures, special polymer additive and it is frost and heat resistant. It corresponds to C2TE category of EN 12004-2 standard. .

FIELDS OF APPLICATION

This tile adhesive is applied: For bonding of large size tiles such as porcelain tiles in interior and exterior areas; At gluing of natural stones, decorative bricks (“kabanchik”) and other such type materials on different heights; For bonding of large size cladding tiles (tiles, ceramic, porcelain tiles) on cement-based surfaces exposed to temperature variations in sanitary facilities, balconies, swimming pools, heated from ground; At gluing of new ceramics on earlier glued ceramics without removing it; At points with multiple pedestrian precincts and cargo transportation. .

APPLICATION PROCEDURES

Surface treatment. The surface to be coated must be dry, clean and of the correct size, as well as cleaned of all kinds of oils and paraffins. If 5-6 mm deep cracks are found on the surface, they should be sealed up a day before with FILKRET repair mixture or similar product. At the same time, the surface to be coated must be pre-moistened, primed with a ROKOL Binder primer or a similar product. Mixture preparation. Pour 25 kg of dry mix gradually into 6-6.5 liters of water and mix until smooth. Wait 3-5 minutes for the mixture to set and mix again before use. Application. Use the flat side of the trowel to spread a thin layer of the mixture on the surface. Then, comb the mixture on the surface with the notched side of the trowel according to the size of the tiles being laid. For large tiles, it is recommended to use a combined method (the adhesive is spread on the surface, combed with the notched side of the trowel, then the adhesive is also spread on the back side of the tile, after which the tile is attached to the surface). The time to tile is determined by touching (pressing) the adhesive with a finger. The process can be started if the finger sticks to adhesive. If the applied adhesive is crusted, it should be scraped off and thrown out. The tile can be attached only after spreading a new layer of the adhesive on the surface and combing it with the notched side of the trowel. When working with facing materials of large sizes, perform tiling in the horizontal direction and do not move to the next upper row until the completed row reaches the initial shear strength. Leave expansion joints every 3.5 meters in the vertical direction. Use the prepared mixture within 2 hours. It is not recommended to use an expired or crusted mixture. Joint grouting to be carried out in 24 hours on the wall, 48 hours – on the floor. Recommendations. If the surface temperature while using the FASKER adhesive is below +5°C or above +30°C, the required temperature must be provided. Do not use in hot (above +30°C), rainy and windy weather. The underfloor heating system must remain switched off during the installation of facing tiles. After complete drying of applied adhesive and joint-filling products have completely dried, the heating system should be put into operation gradually, with gradual increase. Ceramic tiles with high absorbency must be pre-saturated with water. Do not add water or dry mix to an expired FASKER mixture. Rinse with water all tools and accessories after use. After curing, the FASKER must be cleaned only mechanically.

CONSUMPTION

The amount of dry mix (in kg) per 1 m2 depends on the thickness of the adhesive applied to the surface and the size of the notched trowel.

WARNINGS

Taking into account that FASKER adhesive is cement-based and rich with chemical additives, rinse the skin or eyes immediately with running water in case of contact with the product; Avoid adding any foreign substances not specified in the application rules; The above indicators were obtained by laboratory tests in an environment with a temperature of +23°C (± 2°C) and humidity of 50% (± 5%). These indicators may vary depending on the surrounding conditions.
